Meghan Major, Royal Bank Manager in Lake Cowichan wants to get a group of women business owners together to meet on a regular basis.  Anyone interested.  

I was at the Cowichan Lake District Chamber of Commerce last night and the EDC Manager and Chair of Community Futures was there presenting their new Economic Development Sustainable Strategy.  Great information and maybe we in the Lake Cowichan and surrounding areas should take an active role in the devleopment of the community profile.  This is such a key tool when trying to attract new industry to our area.
