Wendy Mitton is a true Island Girl – born, raised and schooled in Shawnigan, recognizing the rural beauty and relaxing lifestyle in Youbou, relocated there 8 years ago with her husband and loves the balance it brings to her life. Wendy has great people skills & a true love for multi-tasking that came from owning and operating a preschool facility, not to mention those fantastic negotiating skills – 17 years of pre-schoolers will do that to you!

Wendy Klyne's work with the Cowichan Lake Community Forest Coop brought her to the beautiful Cowichan Lake area in 1992 and she fell in love with the people and the community. After spending six years commuting, Wendy happily moved full time to Lake Cowichan.
She brings a solid background in business, community development and tourism to her profession as a Real Estate Agent. Wendy is already firmly involved in local activities with the Chamber of Commerce and various committees.
Wendy has found her passion, working with people to help them achieve their dream, whether it is buying their first home, selling their current home or helping them to move to another location.
